Organizational Structure

The World Organization for International and Digital Arbitration consists of several main bodies that work together to achieve the organization's objectives

General Assembly

The highest authority in the organization, consisting of all members. It meets annually to discuss and approve the organization's policies, plans, and budget, and to elect members of the Board of Directors.

Board of Directors

Responsible for setting the organization's policies and strategies, and supervising their implementation. It consists of 11 members elected by the General Assembly for a four-year term.

Secretary-General

The chief executive officer of the organization, responsible for implementing the policies and decisions of the Board of Directors, and managing the daily affairs of the organization.

Arbitration Chamber

Responsible for managing and supervising arbitration cases, appointing arbitrators, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of the arbitration process.

2015

Establishment

The World Organization for International and Digital Arbitration was established in New York, with the aim of developing and enhancing the role of arbitration in resolving commercial and investment disputes at the international level.

First Training Program

First Regional Office

The organization opened its first regional office in Dubai, with the aim of enhancing its presence in the Middle East and North Africa region, and providing its services to members and beneficiaries in the region.

Digital Transformation Strategy

Digital Arbitration Platform
