Saudi Cooperation to Enhance Global Digital Arbitration

The Secretary-General of the International Arbitration Organization Meets with Prince Nasser bin Nawaf to Discuss Accreditation of the Organization as a Reference for International Dispute Resolution

In a strategic step to bolster global leadership in digital arbitration, the Secretary-General of the International Arbitration Organization, International Arbitrator and Lawyer Dr. Mohamed Abdel Khaleq Al Zoubi, visited the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Al Zoubi met with His Royal Highness Prince Nasser bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to discuss prospects for cooperation in supporting the organization’s efforts to become an accredited authority for resolving financial, commercial, economic, and engineering disputes at the international level. The meeting underscored the pivotal role of Saudi Arabia in promoting digital arbitration as a mechanism for conflict resolution and achieving economic stability.

On the sidelines of the visit, Dr. Al Zoubi presented the International Arbitration Organization’s honorary shield to Prince Nasser in recognition of his efforts in supporting international cooperation and Saudi Arabia’s leadership in this field.

This visit reflects the organization’s ambitions and its partnership with the Kingdom to set new standards for digital arbitration on the global stage.
