Enhancing Cooperation Between the International Arbitration Organization and the Jordanian Ministry of Industry

The Secretary-General of the International Arbitration Organization Congratulates Minister of Industry Eng. Yarub Qudah and Explores Prospects for Joint Cooperation

As part of strengthening partnerships between international organizations and governmental institutions, the Secretary-General of the International Arbitration Organization, International Arbitrator and Lawyer Dr. Mohamed Abdel Khaleq Al Zoubi, visited the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Dr. Al Zoubi met with His Excellency the Minister of Industry, Trade, and Supply, Eng. Yarub Qudah, extending his congratulations on the royal trust in appointing him to this vital ministry. He also expressed the organization’s appreciation for Jordan’s efforts in developing a favorable business environment and fostering international cooperation in legal and commercial fields.

During the meeting, the two parties discussed avenues for joint cooperation between the organization and the ministry, focusing on implementing specialized training programs in international arbitration. These programs aim to enhance the capacities of local professionals in resolving both domestic and international commercial disputes, contributing to a better business climate and achieving economic justice.

The meeting concluded with both parties affirming the importance of future collaboration between the organization and the ministry. They emphasized that these efforts will enhance Jordan’s role as a regional hub for international arbitration, providing a more transparent and trustworthy environment for investors and business owners.
